I see furlough guys on 717B schedules for November.

quick hit print, then never check again! Fly dat 7 day Asia!

I did very well for Nov... tried a new scheme, threw in the uber-complicated vacation shift else next group... days off else next group...if Thanksgiving not off then gimme these goodies. Gimme dem goodies, and some of dat goodness too, and ALLLL of that, else next group... what, next group was Award Trips? W T F?? What happened to all my goodies?

They unstacked/coveraged up to #45 lineholder of 75 in my cat, mostly covering 30 Nov for some odd reason. Three times as many coverage awards for 30 Nov as 28 Nov. Guess folks didn't want that Saturday carry-out trip this month! Good news is that I suspected as much, and asked for the best of the 30 Nov trips, and so my coverage award gave me Thanksgiving off, while many above got 4 day trips over thanksgiving due to not specifying coverage trip desires below a "prefer off 27-30 Nov". "You don't care? well then here's a nice 4 day over Thanksgiving I just shuffled up for you!"

They have low costs, but an even lower threshold for red ink and the ability to absorb it. We can't be the industry accumulator and capacity gifter forever. LCC growth is a cancer and early detection and treatment is the key.

Well they fly to Sanford, not MCO. They operate under the premise that you can make money by fooling everyone once, some may even return.
Reminds me of ole Skybus flying to Bellingham, WA and calling it Seattle. Pax more than amazed when they find out after arriving that they are more than a $100 shuttle ride away from downtown Seattle.

I didn't even consider that I might get unstacked on RSV! The guy 1 behind me did.

How can you tell?

look at the reasons report and look for "coverage" at the top under each person's name. It lists their pre-awards, then any coverage assigned (unstacking), then their bid strategy and how it worked.

Wow that's seriously bad! I live in Seattle and plan 1 hour 45 minutes for a drive to Bellingham. At least Sanford is in Orlando still.

Man, I am a dope...bid for thanksgiving off but had the wrong week. Got exactly what I asked for. Well, I'll be home from my all-nighter in time to fall asleep in the mashed potatoes.

Until the people walk out of the terminal, cannot find the Disney shuttle buses, and find out it's an expensive taxi ride to the park.
