Ok boyz, now I really am outta here for a few months.
I'm taking my phone number down because........well just because. Bar can re-edit that too........or not........I really don't care. Ferd |
Well, I'm not sure what all happened, but that was exciting!
At least now I have some chance of meeting another APC guy while getting to work... ;) Ok, here's a follow up useful tidbit for APD use: If you're a line holder just trying to get rid of a trip, just drop a SINGLE DAY of the trip via APD. I unwisely dropped several, and now the best commuter-trip with a DH starting at my home is off-limits to me for pickup, so says the "denial reason"... |

Ferd,
Stay around. ... guys like him would not have the balls .... I was starting to think it was just something passed down from daddy, but then I saw this in the back yard. http://squirreltesticles.com/media/i...lTesticles.jpg Must be the warm weather around here, just makes them grow. It's not that we enjoy walking bowl legged. That's just kind of the way it has to be. Gold Bond. |
How about you remove the phone number, as step one, Bar?

Just curious bb. What if anything about NWA or it's former employees do you like? You consistently bash our bases, fleet, route structure, flight attendants(Ok, that is fair:)), our way of flying(sopa/smac) even though you haven't used it. It's obvious that you have great disdain for us. What would you have felt was a fair merge of our lists? A larger ratio, staple, re-interview along with the cog test, psych eval etc. Let's get this out once and for all. Your frequent drive by, passive aggressive comments derail this thread on a regular basis.
A large percentage of the FO's I fly with are 2007-08 south hires, and an even larger percentage of those former ASA. About 98% have been awesome guys. The 2% that haven't been make the 4 day trip feel like a 12 trip. I beginning to think you would be a 2%er. |

But hey, he did it to himself ... for absolutely no reason what so ever. The Executive who trash talked Delta was from MSP. That was in his quote. Even so, I quickly edited it back out, but apparently not quick enough for some to want to challenge other to a fight on a web board designed to inform and amuse. Frankly, it is a little second grade to want to engage in a fist fight over the honor of a defunct (as in not currently in business) airline brand, city or whatever. The fact I wrote nothing what so ever disparaging apparently missed some readers. What he did was offensive and completely uncalled for. So, since I can not fully clean up his mess ... there it stays. |
Last week when I was jumpseating to work, sitting in the cockpit J/S when a Jet Blue Flight Attendant came up to the cockpit, in uniform, to introduce herself to the Capt.
The agent had given her an empty seat in coach, but I was not aware that we can take off-line F/A's as 'jumpseaters', that's the first time I've ever seen it. Can our F/A's jumpseat on JB or SWA or AA or...? And what if the plane had been full, can an off line F/A ride in one of our F/A jumpseats? This also brings up the old 'you're not trained on the doors' excuse for not allowing pilots to ride in off-line F/A jumpseats. Are offline F/A's allowed to JS on us or did the gate agent just do her a favor? |
