I don't get it and am getting frustrated. I can list on either leg, just not both of them together.

Errrrr
It is because that T fare is not available for that connecting flight. I feel your pain. I booked mine 6 months out and encountered the same deal even though no seats had been sold. I did not find any way around it so we have to drive to Atlanta (or nonrev).

DLPilot covered this pretty much. I had the same issue. Revenue Management only allots tickets based on certain fare values (aka the letters that show when you buy a ticket on delta.com). While there may be seats on leg A and leg B, there might not be A+B available. The travel department can only book the same days you get available in travelnet.
They will give you the same explanation if you call the travel line.

The award tickets are truly are difficult to use. As DLpilot said, they are easier to use if you book them far out in advance. Sometimes the availability does change, but more thank likely they get worse as time gets closer. I'm also going to have to drive/non-rev to get to ATL to use mine.

One thing that you can try to do is select other airports nearby. (exp: substitute JFK for LGA)

Good luck.

You could also do additional seat fillers for 5 hours each.
(Now I see it's been answered multiple times since I posted.)

While assigned to active duty in the Training Department:
A Captain SLI will be paid at the applicable composite hourly rate in the highest paying position he can hold. A First Officer or Second Officer SLI will be paid at the applicable composite hourly
rate in the highest paying First Officer or Second Officer position he can hold.

Many pilots posting their wages forget to add back in the 401k, 401 catchup, medical savings account ect... The actual full year earnings show up on your 31 Dec check. My actual pay has doubled since 06.

He's at DAL like it or not. If we don't want him on our seniority list or represented by our union or accruing longevity for his DAL service, that's on us and frankly pretty shortsighted & playing into management's hand. What's next, buying Alaska but not integrating their pilots & planes, sending 737s to whichever operator is cheaper? And then telling AS pilots they're not DAL and their input isn't relevant in this supposed DAL-pilots-only thread? Who would that benefit, exactly? Not us or them, right?

So what precisely is the difference with 9E pilots?
I am confused why you feel it's on us. Management merges airlines not DALPA. Management hires pilots not DALPA. Management controls and determines who is on the seniority list not DALPA.
We can try and negotiate items impacting the above but I suspect it would be over managements dead body. Also keep in mind that if we succeeded in getting management to merge feeder airlines it would not be a staple. It would almost certainly go to arbitration.

I'm sure some of you are thinking of bidding the 717. Here's my thoughts: Huntsville, Knoxville, Jackson, Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport and stare at this for a minute...

Had this problem going to LIM even though we were booking a year out. It appeared they only allowed 2 OGT passes per leg of our flight, so if someone beats you to it, it shows not avail

Nope. Unless the release you sign says DL____, and your call sign to ATC is "Delta ____", you are most clearly and definitely NOT a Delta pilot.

Personal philosophy on how a passenger ends up in the back of an airplane does not indicate what company employs the pilots.

If the similarities are so strong, then why didn't Junglebus and Mesabah just skip the abuse, and go directly to Delta. I mean, it's the exact same company, right?

Not saying I am a delta pilot Guess I was just trying to show you what's going on at the gate next to you and why some of our Fo's live in the crew room.
