LOL, what a cynic! Not a sim at all...
A quick search and the Ladies in Pink it is real, you can even buy a DVD here: justplanes.com
More video:
BTW: AZUL is David Needleman's baby, you know, the guy from Morris Air, WestJet, Jetblue and now Azul.
They fly ATRs, EMB 195 and are in the process of getting A330s.
Here is their first A330 in the paint shop:
We better start paying attention when AZUL A330 show up in JFK...
Cheers
George

I do believe he will eventually end up back in NY in some fashion. As an airline, the board of directors weren't too bright booting him out even with the Valentines day screw up.

Not a fan of Dave Neeleman as far as the low cost airline effects on the industry but gotta give the guy credit for innovation and what he has accomplished. He's started 4 airlines now and pretty much all have been profitable. I was just looking at the A330 order you mentioned and noticed he also has 5 A350-900's on order. So he's ordered/taking delivery of 11 wide bodies. Delta has 10 on order, not including the 787's that have been pushed back and who knows if they will be delivered. Good times.

I agree with the effect his projects have had on the industry, but he certainly won't win the Ron Allen Airline CEO of the year award ;-)
He's a sharp businessman with a remarkable sense on creating successful businesses.
He also seems to have a tendency to come back to the US after a hiatus oversees. I have a feeling we better keep a close eye on Azul's international expansion.
Perhaps he will engineer something with JetBlue akin to a reverse takeover.
Keep your friends close and your enemies closer...
We better be watching his moves.
Cheers

When I went to lunch in GRU at that mall nearby, the sexiness of the average office worker was mind blowing. I swear their office wear was as form fitting as yoga pants. Had I know life was that good down there I'd begged my parents to have stayed.
That said, the EMB jets have the ram horns but the ram horns pivot down below the yoke itself. Unless the E-Jets did something different from the E-145 series turning the airplane is more like riding a motorcycle in that you lean the yoke left and right.
The other picture was definitely an ATR landing. But as incredible as one of the visuals are on one of the 717 sims is in ATL, it can't match that.

Quick question for some of Delta's latest and greatest....If your starting Initial Qual training halfway through the month, does it make sense to bid a reserve line from a credit point of view? Or is is basically a wash either way?
