To kick a dead horse, you're saying the part about needing to provide proof so as to not be deleted didn't apply because it was accompanied by the always required need to abide by the TOS. OK, that makes total sense.

Underboob.

I don't want to get in the way of underboob, but I feel compelled to relate that johnson (aka 3bil) did, in fact, delete at least one post that was mildly critical of his agenda, and called out his nonexistent analytical ability.

We ought to be concerned when even one mod is permitted to pick and choose which posts to keep based on his personal views, lest this forum become an extension of the company's/DALPA's media output.

If 3bil is unable or unwilling to exercise objectivity, I'd be happy to take over for him as a mod. I can assure you I would never delete a post simply because I didn't agree with the message.
