One addition. Somebody later in the discussion mentioned that Hyatt legal services even set up a trust for them as part of the deal. That makes it an even better bargain. Lawyers charge big bucks to set up trusts. Getting one done for free is awesome.

The trust is not included, but if the will is free, paying for just the trust is a good deal.

Were you guys able to get living revocable trusts thru Hyatt? I see that they offer a testament trust in their literature, which is not the same thing. I'll give them a call, but I was wondering what your experience was.

Just for your info. A few years ago, we set up an irrevocable trust . IT cost us around $1500. I have heard people pay "free via Hyatt" and up to $6000.

My experience, there was a small but vocal group that wanted them...they would fly some and through various methods drop the others for pickup...or typically to the Rsv.
