Newnan, Peachtree City area.
I need a referral for a good HVAC company in the Newnan area. I have a company that I have been using for many years. They are recommending a completely new system which will cost a lot of money. It's an old house with a lot of quirks. I need a second opinion.
Thanks.

Would like a PM also... Been using Progressive for awhile, but they sold me 2 coils for $2000 and said the problem was cheap builder's grade with two dis-similar metals which corroded at the joints... all true.
However, they then proceeded to replace the coils with ones containing dis-similar metals! (Without my knowledge... assumed they would use the one metal coils the guy talked so much about.)
When those failed in less than two years they said sorry, out of warranty. They did split 50-50 with me, but said they could only replace with dis-similar metal coils, since that's what I had... even though they were the ones that told me it was an sub-standard coil, yet that's what they used to replace the original failure!

I don't take it personally. But I will admit that this kind of stuff does truly annoy me. Now I didn't actually call you a liberal, but yes...I'm guilty of thinking it. But I have liberal friends I have beers with! As for your seeing hypocritical positions in FNC, I'm sure you could point out a few examples, but I think you could find that anywhere if you're looking. The easiest one to find is at 1600 Penn Ave; says one thing then does/says another. Most recent example--talking about election results and willingness to work with the other side. Then the next day?--my way or the highway, fellas! Bottom line, you know you're doing something right when you're on the top guy's enemies list and he keeps citing you as the problem. Back in Nixon's days it was all the press. Today, this guy just has one that's a PITA.
See we do agree!
