Any "Latest & Greatest" about Delta?
Asterisk rotations...blech
PD and Elliot, thanks. I made the call.
I was mis-interpreting an entry in the table under 23.B.1 (Current Month Events Affecting Subsequent Bid Period Scheduling). The note says "Asterisk rotation changes posted" must happen "Before 1800E on the 4th." I thought that meant any change to an asterisk rotation had to be made prior to 1800E/04. Actually, any changes affecting the next month's bid period scheduling must be made prior to 1800E/04. Duh. Just like the title says.
They can change anything they like in the current month's part of the rotation any time they like, as long as it doesn't affect next month's schedule.
EDIT: I guess they can do that to a regular rotation too as long as they don't violate 23.L. Reroute.

I think it's free the first year to see if you like it, then it's $50 a year. Also in the printout is your flight log for the year, with legs, times, aircraft, etc.
Pro-diem is a lot faster - with Flightline data you have to wait until Mid-feb to get it.
Yes, you download your schedule to them, and in 48 hours or so, you have all the info you need for taxes. Have used them for years. I believe the company was started by wife of a Delta pilot.

Yes. Flightline Data (the Easybid people) have a service that does it too: Flightline - Expense Reports
