Scheduling question: For line construction, we need 12 hours between rotations. Is that 12 hours from block-in to report...or from check-out (block-in + 30 minutes) to report?

Not a contract rocket surgeon, but I believe its 12:30 block to check in (which I believe is check out to check in).

12 hrs from check out to check in. Domestic

Just keep pushing. At some moment you will see that magic moment where it says "downloading".
