Other than Mercer, strength of schedule goes to Alabama.

Although the pick has already been made, strength of schedule went to OSU. Iowa was the difference.

Just a quick question for those living in Manhattan. What neighborhoods in Manhattan gives the easiest commute via train to both JFK and LGA? I was told to check out Upper East Side but was hoping to narrow it down a bit as being close to the subway line can make or break a commute. Thanks for any help! Feel free to PM if its easier.
P.S. Manhattan is a must for me for personal reasons. Thanks for any insight! |

Not according to ESPN stats and information, it's on their website. Just quoting ESPN. Alabama had a better strength of schedule. Splitting atoms.

Are you sure? SBnation shows OSU's schedule significantly stronger than 'Bama's as does this random site that happened to be the 1st hit I got :)

Look at it this way, Alabama is a 2 pt. favorite over Clemson. OSU would have been a 10 pt. dog.
I disagree with your claim that Alabama had a tougher schedule and cited 2 references. There is no ESPN reference that I can find that claims Alabama had a tougher schedule. Alabama has a higher FPI ranking than OSU which you may be confusing with strength of schedule, but that is a different metric. |

I don't disagree with the committee picking Alabama over OSU.

I'd post it if I knew how. Titled "why the selection committee got it right"
BTW, here you go: Why the College Football Playoff selection committee gave Alabama Crimson Tide the nod over Ohio State Buckeyes |

Strength of Record, not strength of schedule. Again, different things :).
