2.A.178 (Page 2-17) Looks like your "Full" day would be a non-fly day.

23.S.2.a.5 (Page 23-54) 10 am report if following a non-fly day (unless that non-fly day is a vacation day (Note 2))

23.S.6 (Page 23-56) 12 pm release from on-call duty since it's a reserve day followed by a golden day.

Looks like you'll be on the hook for those 2 hours between 10 and 12. So if you don't see anything on your schedule by 3pm Eastern on the 30th, then you're off the hook. Might want to email ALPA scheduling to make sure. Also,

23.S.1.f.5.Note 2 (Page 23-53) You're last in line for short call (scheduling's discretion) since it's a lone reserve day followed by a golden day.

Called ALPA and they concurred. Without the refs. You are good at this. Hell, I never even knew chap 2 existed.

Chapter 2 has lots of gems. Know your definitions. 😁

It was how I survived years of reserve at a regional :( Luckily Delta treats us pretty dang good so not having the contract memorized ain't hurting ya too much. My first month here they called me in for a flight that canceled as I was walking up to the gate. Tracker apologized, gave me suit up pay, and sent me home for the rest of the day. I offered to fly anything else he had since I commuted in and had nothing else to do. He told me nope, it's in your contract, have a great day! Okie dokie I said, don't have to tell me twice.

Not exactly true. However unlikely, they can absolutely assign you a day turn that reports after 10:00 and obligates you after noon.

The noon release is only true if not already assigned flying. Ask me how I know ;)

No, the post is correct. We were talking on-duty. But good to clarify that you can indeed be worked beyond 12pm if assigned a trip.

Qcq q4?

I really don't like iCrew popups that can't be cleared.

QCQ page says that Q4 will be available in October...any info as to when?

Also regarding QCQ: has anyone noticed that Q2 and Q3 didn't have surveys? Hmmmm.

Like anybody reads or takes any action on those surveys, as big a waste of time as filling out an FCR. Unless you're Sailingfun, all his concerns are addressed in a timely manner with a polite note from the respective division chief and free dinner for the entire crew. ;)

I filled out a FCR on my last trip. Sent it in at 8 AM in the morning. 90 minutes later had a call from the CP at the base the FCR concerned. That afternoon a note was attached to all flight plans for arrivals at that base concerning the issue pending green page revision.

I don't think there are Alligators in Africa! They do have some rather large Crocodiles!
