As the way it should be.

Technically correct but....scheduling seemed to think 350 pilots could fly over vacation and a few did.

You can be rerouted into a vacation day. This is due to the fact that Crew Tracking does not have the ability to see your monthly schedule. That technology hasn't been invented yet.

Ya, but think of all the pimp upgrades you could get with that double pay LOL. I tried for a GS since my family isn't doing Christmas until late in the month...but thanks to bunched up trips and a high time 3-day next month, FARs got me down. I'll need a GSWC to make it happen...to bad that GSWC doesn't go ahead of OOBGS. Oh well, staying home is pretty cool.

If you don't tell Tracking then you might be - but all you have to do is tell them about your Golden X day, Vacation, APD, MLOA, etc and they shouldn't reroute you into those. Know your contract! It's got all sort of great things in it.

Sorry to intrude but what are the chances I can catch the jumpseat tonight on flight 2052 Atl-Clt if I'm with American? It will determine if I leave NYC in the next hour haha. It's my last option but I'd rather not get stuck

PM sent. Short version, it doesn't look good.

While true we should know the PWA, there is zero reason Crew tracking shouldn’t be able to see our schedules...it’s not rocket surgery!

Why should we have to tell them? They should see it on their screen.
