No other entity I use (mortgage, CC’s, email, bank, Facebook, about a dozen utilities, Fidelity, car loans, investment websites ...) is this Amish. And don’t get me started with “Just clear your cache ...” solution to dead links on Deltanet. NO ONE ELSE MAKES US GO THROUGH THESE HOOPS. (Not even UHC.) To no one in particular...are we ever going to get a MiCrew that fully replaces iCrew? Or will we just be stuck with three versions that all do slightly different things for the next ten years? Does anyone know who to email, etc. about our dissatisfaction with 1980s iCrew? Every chance I get I put it in company surveys. I hate to complain so much because I really love flying for Delta but man iCrew just drives me nuts! Don't hit "OK" to save this entry, you must use pf12! |
I do hate having to change my password every 90 days, but what I hate more is NEVER being able to repeat a password. I no longer remember my earlier passwords and I am having trouble coming up with new ones.

I called and the IT rep didn't understand when I said the url was wrong for various links on DLnet and the "problem" got listed as "unable to access My Tools" when I later got an email response about it.
