Keep in mind that 5 years ago the forecast retirements in 2018 were over 500. As guys leave early they drop out of the future forecast and the net result of early outs is not much change.

As each pilot leaves early he comes out of the future planned retirements. 33% May leave early in 2023 but 2023 will probably have 33% fewer forecast retirements in 2022 than today.

You are exactly correct. Probably a good thing if people retire early and smooth out the big numbers in later years.

Where do you bid cq golden days? I quickly signed off the pop up and realized I actually need a couple days off. Knowing Murphy if I don’t bid them off I’ll most definitely be going to the sim instead of the Ron Fellows driving school I signed up for.

Icrew, I believe under the bids or training/vts tab, can’t remember which.
