No, actually locked it in today, after some give and take.

From the top. IE, 80% means you are in the top 80%. Put in what you think will hold a line, which is like shooting darts in the dark. But, depending on the category and the base, put in the minimum seniority you want to hold, again, from the top.

The book deal post.

But as to the female scoring system, I just deleted what I was going to write. Thought through the ramifications of a suspension and having Super and/or Satchip all mad at me. It wasn't worth it. Their anonymous friendship on a blog dedicated to Delta hiring was just too important to throw away so flippantly...

Thanks - I clicked the help tab just out of curiosity and was reading something about putting an "i" in order to list several choices or something? Not sure what that was about. And the Reg Ln option - what do you put a number? And by selecting this does the system grant the AE/VD/MD if you will be a line holder?

Buzz, first ask to make sure he is junior to me before you explain all that, I'm kind of having issues with this AE.

crap, I'm posting pictures. I've gone to the posting pictures level. I shall exit.

Pimp-tight day fools and Satch, love you too man!*

Just no eye contact for a minimum of 5-10 minutes, especially if the temperature is below 6 degrees celsius and visible moisture is... visible. ? Damnit. Somebody needs to study.

*For evidence purposes:

The reg line holder option allows the crew resources folks to give their best guess. If you read the PWA, or the scheduling notices, they caveat that with their best guess at the time of award. If you want to be more discriminate, put in a percentage that you will be happy with. Again, since schedules change monthly, unless you are really senior, that is only an approximation of what might happen with your bid.

The system bids AE/VE/and MD in that order. If you want to move, put in an AE and a VE. If you don't want to, unless a worse case scenario, only put in an MD. If you put in an AE and/or a VE, the sytem processes those first.

For FNWA guys, I know this is black magic. Most of us on the DAL-S side don't have it down either. And this MOAB is unlike anything that I've ever seen. My recommendations: take it seriously and be as sure as you can about what you bid, and in what order you'd be willing to accept it. 'Cause it will happen exactly as you input it.
