Wikipedia says the chewing gum ban was enacted in 1992?

Also says its still illegal to import it and the fine is $500 and up. Guess I'll have to ask the locals again next time I go to SIN.

I just didn't want to go. It was an easy 10.5 hours of GS pay, but I was just too lazy to do it. I guess the flight cancelled because they couldn't cover it. IDK for sure, but the rotation they offered me did not operate because they couldn't cover it.

YEHAW! just read what felt like 50 pages catching up.

**Attention all domestic pilots: The reserve parameter settings for your categories have been expanded up to nine consecutive Maximum Days On.

So, this is a win win. For 2 years you get to schedule pilots for up to 9 days in a row and then get them to give up something to get rid of it or to put some restriction on it. Wait, this isn't a win win at all...

Yes but it is paid as straight time above 70. Also you are only paid above 70 for off days.

I think it's great! I wish we could have all our reserve days be consecutive if we choose to bid it that way. As it is now, if you do 9 in a row, you get an extra day off somewhere in there. It's great. Also, it allows us to bid the majority of our days off together versus having to spread them all over the month. Much better for big travel. It's a huge win if you ask me.

As I understand it, on green slip days, we are not obligated to answer the phone but if we do, are obligeted to take the trip. Is this correct?

Only if it's more than 12 hours to report. Anything shorter than that is a proffer.
