As I've said before, so many of our current difficulties stem from a lack of adequate technology. There's a quote somewhere from RA saying that Tech is the main worry that keeps him up at night. That's great because I think he's right on target. I just wonder about his underlings that decided on discarding fNWA's clearly better tech. It was about the only thing we had that was near the top of the industry. Those kind of decisions worry me.

You'd have a point if he and his underlings weren't nearly all fNW. Kind of kills your point. ;)

Those people don't make those decisions just to tick off 744 captains.

The most interesting part of your post is what I've put in red font. Delta put it on the back burner, not because it wasn't the best thing to do, but because of software developer availability.

No Carl. It is all a grand conspiracy to get you old geezers to retire early ... so I can have some movement.

RA is fNWA, but not nearly all of his underlings. Not even close. But even if it were true, it has nothing to do with my point. And if you don't know my point by now, you don't want to listen.

Who ever said that?

Do you even have the ability to look at a series of facts, and respond in a manner that actually relates to those facts?

Do you? Seems to me that you are the one who continues to miss the facts. We all want a better company Carl. Want you want, apparently, is a return to the way it was for you. Its not gonna happen. You need to move on from trumpeting all the great virtues of a company that no longer exists and constantly berating the faults of the one that does.

We all have our prisms Carl. You claim that we can't see beyond ours. You, most definitely, can't see beyond yours.

We've already established that you and I don't even write in the same language. Why do you continue to prove it?

There is a wall in the ATL domestic pilot lounge with all the extra revisions. That would be my recommendation for the best way to keep your manuals up to date between now and then. You can check the DeltaNet page for your fleet and print out the current revisions sheet to get your "shopping list".

Not if you drive an Airbus...
