What is the lead time for using the bank? I'm sitting around -5ish and I just did a PD that is taking me down to 61 hours for Dec.

Can I drop back down to -10 to -15 for Dec?

I think you can borrow to -30 hours. At least -15 hours because that's where I'm at. :D

Sec 12.O.2.b says a bank balance is subject to the following limitations: A negative bank balance may not exceed 30 hours. :)

QUESTION:

I fall into the above mentioned but was curious about training in January. Does the requirement for them to notify by the 5th of the month prior apply if you are benched?
