Heyas,
Best Auburn T-Shirt:
I got this t-shirt because I went to Auburn
You got your Alabama t-Shirt because you went to Wal-Mart
But on to a different topic:
There are probably really good reasons that the AirTran pilots, after their merger with ALPA, decided to keep their own outside counsel for Section 1. One of those reasons MAY be they felt that there WAS a conflict of interest.
Seperate counsel where there may be even a HINT of a conflict in interest is probably NOT a bad idea. Sure, it would cost some dinero to retain another group of lawyers, but considering the really bad things that can happen, I would vote for it.
Heck, people get second opinions all the time with matters of far less consequence.

Ferd, isn't it a seasonal pulldown?
Carl;
I am sure his email is just like everyone else that does ALPA work.

Quick Non-Rev Question:
I'm trying to get the family back from Asia. There are flights with 30+ seats in Business and just a couple in coach. My two kid's ages prohibit listing and traveling in Business.
If there are a ton of seats up front and the back is full, will they leave non-revs at the gate or might they bump a couple rev pax to Business to accommodate non-revs? Is there a policy or is it just up to the gate agent?
Thanks,
Humboldt
