Please log onto deltanet- go to flight ops, bottom left hand of page click on Military Leave. This will answer everything plus a few things you did not ask about- 401K contributions and such. You will come back to 10 or 11 year pay.

We are going away from the flight advance on the 30/31st pay check to a even split of the guarantee with overages and per diem being paid on the 15th check. Basically how they did it at your former employer post contract 1998.

...the end of month payment for a pilot with given years of longevity will increase by 60 percent on average to the amounts shown in the table found in MOU #15....
