Any "Latest & Greatest" about Delta?
I hear both versions of this argument. I haven't looked into it personally, but from what I hear, the bridge health plans aren't very expensive, so I don't know that it is worth any negotiating capital to get a plan. I would love to hear more from the association.

It was high and behind him. True that he usually makes those, but the pass sucked. I still think it was as much if not more Brady's fault. Actually, the whole game I thought his passes (other than the gimme 5-8 yard Tebow specials) weren't all that great. I guess he thought he was gonna get laid by a supermodel or something when he took home that MVP trophy. bwaaaa haaaa haaaaa Speaking of... Eli's wife is a cutie.. He did well at Ole Miss.

I guess a high school kid could have caught that if he were in the Rivals top 10 receivers.. other than that.. probably not.

How in the world have we allowed a Healthcare system where we get bled dry if we go to the ER? How does the PPO tackle an ER visit?

80's super bowl verdict-
Commercials blew except for the doritos one with the dog and the one where the guy got the email in his car and immediately back out of the driveway.
Halftime show was boring as crap. Madonna when she actually was singing had a very heavily processed voice- and she looked like she was about to fall asleep. Definitely acted every bit of 60 years old or however old she is.
Great football game! I didn't really care who won, but one of the guys at the party is a HUGE giants fan so it was great fun watching him. All I wanted was a nice close ballgame and I came out happy.
All in all- it's a ball game after all and we got a good one, so who cares about the junky commercials and horrible halftime show. That's what it's all about- supposedly.

I missed half of the commercials because I kept having to go pee and get another beer! I've got to put a toilet and 'fridge in my TV room!
When my buddies from Europe complain about all the stoppage of play in "American Football" I remind them, American Football is just an excuse for us to eat nachos and drink beer all afternoon! We NEED commercials, so we can go get another beer from the kitchen!

Then I remind them that most of the Soccer games I've watched...for 90 minutes of uninterupted excitement...ended in a 1-1 tie.
That's some real exciting stuff...NOT.
Imagine if the politicians had to live within the system we do for health care? Things would be changed really quickly.... I wonder why Newt has not given up his pension or decided that Tri-Care should be available for all citizens of the USA? That is government health care right? Lobby and make deals with Health care corporations line your pockets and screw the rest..... Dems and Repubs all suck!
Oh yeah I guess next time I go to the ER with one of my boys it will be "no hablo lingish"
maybe I need my coffee?

A year ago I was taking a tour of out MEC Offices while in ATL for "P2P Training". While there we were introduced to a member of the negotiating committee. I don't remember his name but he was former North, I know most of the South guys.
Anyway, he said -we- (? who, ME?) ought to consider paying 100% of all retiree's heal care premiums. "That's why guys are flying past age 60, they don't want to pay extra for their insurance. If you guys want to move up, you need to entice them to leave."
I'm thinking he was referring to North guys who have a frozen DB plan, and still flying over age 60.
I don't know what mechanisim he was thinking of using for that, ie. negotiate it into Section 6 or via an assesment or something. Like that's going to happen!?!
