For 2015 they have to send 144. The quota has not yet been met. In 2016 it goes to 180.

How far off are they? Thats an average of 16 a month through Sept. I've been watching this thread for awhile now and it seems that they had close to that every month.

In the first half of the year they sent very few, now they have to make up for it to get to the 144 by Dec 31. They did the same thing last year as well. I think the 16-17/mo is what it will take to hit the 144.

Endeavor currently has 51 people in the SSP Pool scheduled for 2015. The breakdown from the company is Oct 17, Nov 17, Dec 17.. No calls yet from Delta for the 17 scheduled for the Oct 19th class.

Question for anyone who has recently finished 7ER OE.

When did you go on reserve? When you finished OE and TOE or just OE?

I know there is a big delay for OE right now on the 757 and also awaiting TOE. Do you have to finish both before they put you on the line?

Technically they can put you on a domestic schedule when you are finished with OE. However that is rarely done today. 95% of the time you will have to finish TOE before they can do anything.

They don't have to do both, but so far everyone I know has gotten OE and TOE all together so that you are qualified for international and are not a limfac. I was scheduled for 126 credit hours in a 4week period. You shadow bid during this, so you will do whatever your shadow bid is after TOE. Mine was reserve, and I was called to fly on my second day.
