Maybe I'm just lucky, but in over 10 years of airline flying I've never taken an additional shirt on my trips. My undershirts are pretty good and I seem to avoid spilling food on myself.
To answer your question, I'm on the 73N and am also a commuter but to ATL. 1-2 shirts will be perfectly fine for any 4-5 day trip. If you start making your schedule with many reserve days in a row or stack trips back to back to reduce the amount of commuting you do, just use the 4-5 day metric to decide on how many shirts and pants to bring. Just keep in mind, those shirts and pants will take up precious space in your bag. I guess that's why I've been very careful with food while I am on trips.

So that's why my captains always run away from me when they can!
Please don't concern yourself with my BO, or in this case lack thereof.

1 T-shirt and under whatever's per day. Minimum. If you aren't a slob, you can get by with a uniform shirt every 3-4 days. Same with pants. Feel free to use the iron in the hotel room to touch up. Socks? Depends on how much your feet sweat, but please, DO NOT take your shoes off in my cockpit. Unless your feet smell like lavender. Which they never do.

Custom Pilot Shirts.
Amazing fabric, quality and customer service. I'm a small guy and even the "tapered" shirts from A Cut Above fit me like a hospital gown. Custom Pilot Shirts will tailor everything to your liking (I've even asked for the breast pockets to be moved from the standard location).

This, in an industry where pilots are demanding large raises, retirement improvements, and 4 and 5 star hotels at every major airline.
Those same pilots then put on a 2nd/3rd day shirt, and eat ramen or a TV dinner out of their food bag. How many executives do you guys know that wear the same dress shirt with their suit for 2-3 days in a row? How many of them eat canned tuna or a home-made PB&J sandwhich in their hotel rooms on business trips?
Wear a clean shirt every day. If you REALLY need a reason to do so, then do it for your shirt's longevity. They last a lot longer when they only accumulate 1 days worth of sweat and deodorant residue between washes, versus 2/3/4 days of that filth.
Need proof? Find a seasoned regional guy and look at the perma yellow around the collar and under each arm. I used to be a regional guy, and I saw those shirts daily.
