I don't want to insult the guy, but it is a little scary.
If he had a nice house, I'd offer him:
1.) A #2 pencil (sharpened).
2.) a pair of blue jeans (newish), but just washed.
3.) A tube of toothpaste (in the box).
4.) A coupon for a free ride on Uber. &,
5.) A flashlight. (I'll even throw in the bulb.) (Ok! He twisted my arm! He can have the some batteries, as well. But, only two!)
....for his house.
Because, you see, the 5 things I"m offering him are more than his one house. Five is more than one, right?
And if he didn't accept it, I'd tell him he'd never get a better offer from me and threaten to go to the PEB/mediation. There is a time value of fresh toothpaste, you know.

If per diem was increased by a penny that would be a thumbs up.
If pay was cut 90% that would be a thumbs down.
If Company paid hotels for overnights were eliminated that would be a thumbs down.
If ADG was increased by one minute that would be a thumbs up.
If the DC was eliminated and replaced with nothing that would be a thumbs down.
If the crew meal threshold was lowered to 4:59 that would be a thumbs up.
If we got a $1 signing bonus that would be a thumbs up.
So there you have it. 4 thumbs up and 3 thumbs down. That proves we should vote for the above TA, right?
