If this thing gets voted down, I would not have any FAITH in the current MEC lineup or YAY reps. The process needs to change and only people not associated with the leaving-bunch need to apply.

I suspect you would be hard pressed to get the NMB to rule that offering a industry leading contract was not negotiating in good faith.

His threat that there will not be a "better deal" is pretty much the textbook example of bad faith negotiating.
