You can get out of a seat lock for your first CA upgrade, so they will only be on FO pay for about 6 months then slide over to the left seat and be making $128/hr on 1st year captain pay.
None of the current narrowbody or widebody guys will even think about bidding the Captain positions on that airplane unless the pay equals 717 pay. As it is now, they would make less money and work a lot harder than they currently do. You may see some of the guys on 2nd year FO pay bid it and basically go from making 2nd year narrowobody pay to 5th year narrowbody pay (on 2nd year 190 captain pay).
