You can get out of a seat lock for your first CA upgrade, so they will only be on FO pay for about 6 months then slide over to the left seat and be making $128/hr on 1st year captain pay.

None of the current narrowbody or widebody guys will even think about bidding the Captain positions on that airplane unless the pay equals 717 pay. As it is now, they would make less money and work a lot harder than they currently do. You may see some of the guys on 2nd year FO pay bid it and basically go from making 2nd year narrowobody pay to 5th year narrowbody pay (on 2nd year 190 captain pay).

And the 190 CA pay also doesn't increase until 3rd year.

Skywest and Compass pilots are the losers here. And, of course, Alaska pilots will continue to have anemic growth or possibly shrinkage in the next ten years.
Got the TA yesterday. It's not great. I honestly doubt it will pass.

It does in C2012....not much, but it does increase each year.

Was referring to sea with the 190 pay scale. NYC would likely be worse with low pay and a crashpad.

It's posted on the memo that accompanies the AE that just came out on delta net. Says the bid for sea e190 and ab350 will be third quarter 2016.

I didn't know SEA had enough gates to accommodate the 190s. Puzzle palace must be * bricks.
