Oh, btw, Richard just got a 22% raise, on top of last year's 42% raise.

Can you say Restoration?

Just listened to RAs latest backpack chat. Man he sounded happy, giddy almost. I guess hitting a 200% incentive target will do that to you. It would for me, if I just green slipped my whole year.

Airlines are raking in record profits, and they're giving a lot of it back to shareholders - Business Insider https://apple.news/AHucqmkrzSeyZM4UNMmWxWw

When most of someone's compensation is affected by stock price, and massive stock buy backs bump up the share price, how is that different than turning the beacon on early?

The company has it in it's power to clean up the contract very quickly. The funds are there. On January 29, the ball is in their court to either come to the table or start a new chapter in Delta history. And **** off a highly motivated pilot group.

Isn't hostage synonymous with Personal Leave or would Vacation be more appropriate because of reinstatement with pay?

January 29th, the gloves may come off. It happened at AA when management tried to shove a BK contract down their throats and it happened in 2000 at UAL during contract negotiations. Hasn't happened at Delta... Yet
