Hundreds of millions in dues paid over the years..... and we should rejoice in our representation being in the hands of a 'selfless' pilot amateur who serves when 'no one else would'?

You are right and wrong. He served, I didn't want to. However, his service caused harm. Additionally, over time it became clear that he wasn't serving the pilots, he was serving himself...and maybe everyone but the pilots.
The pilots were footing the bill.
We didn't amputate a limb...
Maybe next is the fmr SLC rep??

You are right and wrong. He served, I didn't want to. However, his service caused harm. Additionally, over time it became clear that he wasn't serving the pilots, he was serving himself...and maybe everyone but the pilots.
The pilots were footing the bill.
We didn't amputate a limb...

That's what happens when a spoiled brat doesn't get his way all the time (Curly for example), and has to give up FPL and return to being a lowly line pilot!

maybe he will now put on his orange lanyard and ask NC for full restoration and put QOL back into our contract now that he will have to live by it!

I just reread what Harwhine wrote on FB....
I find it interesting that a person who is being sued by an entire pilots union and has effectively been fired, still thinks everyone else doesn't get it.
That kind of special can't be fixed.

I'm not saying he didn't need to go, he did. I'm just saying that gloating about it on here and Facebook doesn't reflect well upon our pilot group.
On the other side, it also bothers me how quickly he and others picked up the opposition ball and are now verbally harming the pilot group they supposedly worked so hard for.......... The group has decided to row in a different direction. They need to get onboard with it.
I've said my piece and won't comment on it any more.

I am developing my platform.
Now because the MEC and shadow MEC has seen significant changes recently I decided I can no longer run on a platform of two middle fingers pointed at the pilot group.
So, the first peg holding up my platform is:
1. If in a hotel bathroom the toilet seat cannot stay up while using it, we leave the hotel.
2. Trump Steaks for everyone.
