Delta's BOD meeting.
IMO
They will increase the dividend and announce another $3 billion plus in Stock buy backs. More likely $4 to $5 billion.
Our execs have so much money they don't know what to do with it so they buy back stock to make themselves richer.
They have no trouble sleeping at night keeping our bankruptcy concessions in place.
They want our help on one hand and then on the other they pay themselves millions and tell us to eat cake.
If we don't have an agreement by June 1st, we need to pull our counterproposal. Then resurvey the pilots and increase our position to reflect the massive increase in profits and executive compensation.

Fortunately we had a good house cleaning at dALPA.
The last admin was all to willing to give EVEN MORE CONCESSIONS to help management's fantasy become reality. Then they spend 1.7B of our money shoving it down our throats. Simply unbelievable.
No. I'm not simply going to forget about it. These same folks think they are too valuable to be on the sidelines and will be chomping at the bit to get back in power as soon as a window of opportunity opens.

There's a rumor that members of the previous DALPA regime have been maintaining contact with their friends in the executive suites. Primarily through the Moak Group and the old guard refugees who still hold power at ALPA National.
They are allegedly formulating a joint strategy with management to stall the current negotiations in the hope that pilots will grow frustrated with our new DALPA reps due to the lack of progress.
Then --- guess who will attempt a comeback with promises to restore the "constructive" relationship with Delta management and break the logjam.

I heard one of the original 44 "Phantom" guys is back in town and he's been talking to some of the perfumed princes up on the 4th floor.

Let's hope that is not true.

Because if anything like that happened, it would be utterly stupid to retain alpa.

it is damn near impossible for the typical line pilot to fathom the arrogant indifference to membership welfare and advancement that is bred within the alpa culture.
'something' like that happens as a course of alpa business as usual.......and yes.....it is really stupid to persist in our current CBA relationship
