Just like when they blamed the con papers for the failure of the TA and not the TA itself. Delusional.

I was there. Didn't happen. None of it. Bartels was upset at Atlanta reps reneging on their votes because he wouldn't vote against HK on the negotiating committee. LAX reps too.

Atlanta reps trying to fix the c44 election too. Saw and heard with my own eyes and ears....but that's another story, and was soundly defeated.

😜

Most I know wear the orange to show unity with our fellow pilots and because Capt Malone asked us to, not because of some petty political agenda. You all need to get over your crap and start putting the line pilot first.

I have been accused of drinking the kool-aid at times. But the bottom line is that we need to move forward together. Disagreement is fine, but if the union asks you to wear an orange lanyard, is that too much to do? I don't feel it a symbol of Groupthink. I can't say that I even like the color. But we have been asked to wear it, so I will until we get a ratified TA, whenever that may be.

Amen brother!

I wear mine, and I cannot stand orange. I'm very much looking forward to the day I can go back to my usual lanyard.

One of our long time members here even got Curly to pose for a pic today wearing the orange!

I like orange but dislike lanyards. Looking forward to going back to clipping my ID onto my pocket when we get a contract.

Curly uploaded the pic to the FB group so think he'd be ok with me posting it here. Was a good flight (only one, I'm on a 12-day trip as a floating RP and flew with Curly and an orange-wearing fellow former CPS guy for one CDG-PIT crossing). Curly and I will continue to disagree on much but as always, nice to get a sense of the guy behind the online persona. I don't think he's actually rooting for us to fail - he just thinks the current strategy and people on the MEC won't permit a deal that management will agree to. Hope we prove him wrong.

I hope MANAGEMENT proves him wrong by negotiating a TA that the pilot group will agree to.
.... It may not be what you intended, but it sounds like you hope we will agree to whatever management negotiates for us with our NC... Our re-engagement offer is my floor...

If you really mean that our re-engagement is your floor than you are a no vote like me. It has already been said that our proposal is "aggresive" and "the company has needs too." It is obvious that what-ever we get will be in between our proposal and the rejected TA. From the sounds of it, it will be closer to our rejected TA or we will wait years. Management doesn't respect us and thinks we are a joke.

Still wear my ID on my epaulette and have my lanyard tucked behind my lanyard. Hardly notice it's there.
