You're right. And like a broken clock being right twice a day, everything you wrote may be absolutely true.
Unfortunately for you, you've told us the wrong time so many times that it's foolish to listen to you anymore.
So if I may?, does it make sense to trust the veracity of someone who has been so wrong, so many times, and been so vociferous?
I'll save you the spin.
"No"
Reasonable people are wise to dismiss you. That probably sucks for you.

By definition, reasonable people decide for themselves what to dismiss. Ad hominem attacks are frequently on the list.

That hardly justifies the ego and the yelling of parked parked parked parked parked as well as names thrown over and over again. Those who exist as political mouthpieces for an agenda (particularly cheering for failure like he has been) get very little respect from me.

He's well informed but wrong a tremendous amount of the time, as well as partly responsible for the failure that led to the first rejected TA ever at Delta.

A lot of the old guard Moakist guys have done severe damage to their own reputations and credibility over the course of the last year. Some have made absolute fools of themselves. The older hard core ones probably don't care. They are just bitter and resigned to their fate and now all they want is to prevent Bartels from becoming Master Chairman. They blame him for their downfall.
The younger guys who got tossed out after TA1 and stuck by the party line that we would never be able to do better, that we would be parked for years, etc. etc. are really hurt by this TA. They want to come back to doing ALPA work but they are going to have a very tough time ever getting back into union politics. There is a new generation of recently hired pilots that have watched those guys do nothing but embarrass themselves.

If he was indeed cheering failure, I might agree. Perhaps he reads as sarcastic.
The MEC has apparently finally rallied together, and obtained stronger results within the zone that the NMB could work with. This is good news. It's also a big surprise to most of us, especially the RJ's, and PS.
But two weeks ago, the MEC wasn't willing to venture into the zone, and two weeks ago rube was merely a very accurate chronicler of failure.
I think we should all be grateful that the pilots pushed the MEC into the zone, and the MEC, again to their credit, went there.

I'll add something else about rube or anyone else:
To the extent that anyone's motive for posting is personal, political gain, or a job, I think it should be disclosed. I suspect that we would astounded by the close correlation between posters here, on other sites, and on committee rosters, even admin and reps.
As a guy who absolutely trounced volunteering for P2P, I'm pretty sure this site is absolutely dominated by people with personal agendas. If rube is indeed a Moakie, he's in the minority on APC, and the majority is not lurkers.
I think that if any MEC is truly transparent, the first step would be to re-open the ALPA forum.
With that said, tip of the hat to people that actually are lurking, and people who post only out of desire to make things better, even if we disagree.

Are you kidding me??? How is keeping something we ALREADY have a 'big plus' for Delta pilots...talk about low expectations. Its a perfect example of the Negotiating Committee amateurs swallowing the company Red Herring bait... hook, line and sinker! We clearly need a new NC after this turd goes down in flames. It may be time for an in-house union? I am paying dues for these idiots to add concessions. We have sacrificed our pensions, QOL and contributed more than any other group to help achieve the greatest financial success in DAL history... what a joke. NO VOTE!!!
