So it is authentic? If so, I guess they better come up with some convincing talking points to sell this thing. If people truly believe section 1 is the most important section in the contract, this is horrific! All concessions!
Our fleet is already a pittance of UAL/AMR. Our answer is to allow management to dilute it even more?
At least the pilots at our JV partners will like this.

Whoever leaked this prior to MEC review wants a mob and does not want a measured examination of the good and not so good of the TA that might lead to a ratifcation. I can only assume they want it to fail and are afraid that on examination it stands up on its own merits.
Leaking it is poor form, but nothing allows examination like the entire document. That's a better test of the merits than some filtered summaries.

There will be a pro con paper. Your man can write the con, although if what's in this thread is true he should be ridden out of town for utter disregard of the MEC rules and working against the pilot group well before that.

I am in favor of all the facts and only the facts presented to the pilot group. No agenda. No secrets. Nothing included or excluded in an effort to dishonestly manipulate the outcome of this TA.
The last admin/blackshirts were incapable of such honesty. Hopefully it's different this go.
