Default Industry Leading

Please tell us how this is "industry leading in pay, work rules and benefits"

Scope? You have to be kidding me.

Vacation? Not even LAflyer will make that claim.

Training pay? The Delta flight attendants have 4:45 and we got 4:00.

Retirement? UPS and FedEx have DB plans. We couldn't even touch 17% DC. If this was polled and released the Delta pilots would have been over 20%.

Medical? That of a WalMart greeter.

All we got was United hourly rate parity for concessions across the board.

The United pilots got these rates with no concessions.

The JV scope is a nightmare.

Take a look at UA's and AA's contracts, Jerry. We are not industry leading in every level, but the TA is dang freaking good. If you want to be a cherry picker, every contract will fail.

The scope, with a block hour floor, is pretty dang good 80? I'm sure the company won't drop from 688,000 block hours to 650,000...

You just don't get it. Jerry wants every contract to fail! His agenda has nothing to do with getting the best contract for Delta pilots.

Did you not state many times our international is rapidly shrinking? Now you state you are pretty sure we will not lose 5%?

United has twice as many seniority list instructors.

We have bankruptcy vacation. Why couldn't we at least match United?

Are we bankrupt?

All we achieved is United hourly rate parity for gutting out JV scope and across the board concessions.

If Malone wanted to go this low, why didn't we just extend like United without all the concessions?

I want every concession-filled contract to fail as well. Industry-standard wages in exchange for giving away SCOPE and QOL is not worth it.
