yea but if you get called off the street and don’t get the first try, you loose your ability to flow.

Have fun getting metered for 8 months while 1000 pilots are hired in front of you. Endeavor is not the place to go if you want Delta, unless you are ok with waiting years for the flow

Not true. If you're a flow pilot and you fail the ots interview you still get to flow.

If you're a CAP pilot and you fail the ots interview them you lose the CAP

better than waiting 6+ years to flow if that's our thing. But no one should come here.

yea I was referring to the CAP, as they are speaking about new pilots coming in.
