Default A couple of questions about training

The email says business casual. Are golf/polo shirts acceptable?

One of the new hire packets I received said the first few days of training are indoc, and then we are sent home for some self study. Is this still the case?

In my class I’d say most people wore polo shirts. Don’t be the guy who wears it untucked with unprofessional pants and shoes though. I was under the impression that the home study LOA had expired but someone who is in training now may be able to give more up to date information on this.

Ha! Thanks. I wear slacks and dress shoes all the time, but always with a polo. I don't have very many dress shirts, because I am fat and find them uncomfortable. I didn't want to go blow a couple of hundred on some shirts I'll never wear again.

It’s also Minnesota, so nice sweaters are acceptable.
