Default E-mail From Recruiting

All,

Recently applied to Endeavor and received an email saying that they thought I had a strong resume and that my experience is aligned with what the company is looking for, but they couldn't enter my application into the selection process as they have enough pilots to get though the summer operation. Anyone else get this email? Any thoughts on when hiring may resume again.

Sorry if this has already been discussed in a previous forum. If so, please point me in the right direction.

We have enough FOs for the planes we have now, we need captains. FOs aren't keeping proficient because they don't get to fly on reserve, and a lot aren't making their consolidation of experience. This isn't good. Summer is probably going to be devoted to upgrade training.

I received the email a few months ago (maybe February) about how they are staffed for the summer but would reach out once spots have opened up. Today I received an email to fill out an in house application with a login name set up by Endeavor for me. Unfortunately, I have a CJO from another regional.

Best of luck to those out there waiting to hear! It looks like they are starting the hiring again.

Even if you have 4 CJOs, you’d be crazy not to take EDV up on their offer, unless the CJO you mention has you living in base with next to no RSV. Just my 2˘.

Agreed with high. Unless the other cjo is your dream job it doesn't cost you anything to at least check it out. Options are a good thing.

EDV wants him to fill out an in-house app. That's not an offer for a job, just a chance at getting into a very long line for an interview.
