Has anyone heard anything about the negotiations? Two weeks ago we were getting daily updates from the union. It’s been quiet lately, too quiet

The daily updates were for the MEC meeting, not the negotiations. Both were happening at the same time.

Those that are in the know are bound by NDAs. I wouldn't expect to hear much until negotiations break down or a TA is close/agreed upon. Best thing you can do is give feedback to your reps. Until then, there are far better options for new hires to go to.

There was a meeting last Friday 2/4. Company came to the union with a package. It’s being combed through as we speak.

For the love of god why don’t you quit? I think there are things that can be improved just like anyone else but now whenever I read a super negative comment on any of these threads I know it’s Green Needles before even checking the user tag.

Can you give specifics on those better option airlines new hires should go to?

The AA WOs have $150k in bonuses, plus a flow. Skywest has a $40k bonus, plus guaranteed interviews, and a ton of bases. With the way hiring is going, you will likely land a job at Delta faster OTS from another carrier than waiting to flow here.
