Lol, yeah i was on the other side i suppose (union volunteer anyhow). That guy is crazy, but he is my kind of crazy. He just thinks anyone that points out hes crazy is managment.

He clearly didnt pay attention in regionals or else is prior mil with no idea what a footstep company is. You guys just keep listening to your union guys and let Delta management come around to getting you a real flow with immediate #s on our list. Meanwhile get out if united calls. I do love DAL but we are never gonna offer what united does. That said, cant wait to have you on over here if you stick around for it

Sooo. Delta is officially metering off the street hires from connection carriers to protect partner staffing. FYI if you're interviewing ots...

So, that’s like, the opposite of a retention bonus? Daddy D has decided not to hire the well qualified pilots that are flying their customers today, and let them go to their competitors instead?

I can’t wait for the regional industry to collapse.

They may have gotten hired OTS, but it is absolutely true Endeavor and Delta are metering OTS class date assignments m for the “integrity of the operation.” From what I’ve seen, they aren’t giving any timeline of how long people will be held back either.

Buddy of mine (FO) starts at D this week got the CJO last month.. I don’t know how accurate this is..
