CVG Base
Just got back from checking out Cincinnati this past weekend and I’m strongly considering picking CVG as my home base (I would be moving there). For anyone that’s based out of CVG what should I be expecting regarding the base? Type of trips that operate from cvg? The culture/atmosphere of the base? And anything else you would like to add is also appreciated. Thanks.

Check out the “How long to CVG” thread 5-7 threads below this one. It answers some of your questions.
Biggest theme out of CVG is trips that start early and end late due to CVG being a large maintenance base. If you live there, no big deal. Everything else—subject to change.

You are going to spend a lot of time transiting between the parking lot and the gate. This isn't different from a lot of big airports, but it is a little different for an airport that's this quiet.
If AG is still the chief pilot, then you should be careful about what you say around people and on social media. Last I knew, she was the last TW holdover, and he had no problems letting his CPs go after pilots. That being said, don't say or post stupid things, and you shouldn't have a problem.

AG moved on and even if she hadn’t there’s no reason to worry. There’s zero reason to be scared of the CPs at Endeavor, at least not any more than at any other airline. Follow what’s written in the FOM and observe other relevant policies and you’ll be just fine.
Stay out of politics on social media and at work, but that has more to do with corporate level HR than chief pilots. Again that’s not a bad way to approach most private sector jobs these days.
