Actually there are too many. The 9L group is not included in any ratio yet has CA spots despite other groups not meeting their quota or allotment of CA spots. This was because in the last displacement, the company elected to hold a lot of the displacements to FO to prevent more training events.

You do realize that doing it their way saved the seniority of the majority of the 9e group, especially mid level guys, vs the XJ or 9L way? It did not just help the senior as some of you so hope to believe. They knew lots of info you didn't.

Why do you bother asking them - talk to the other folks who were in negotiations against them how terribly prepared they were. JH is a grade A d-nozzle. He fought for the top 300. That's it. That's why we haven't upgraded, not because of XJ or 9L guys. 5+ year FOs have JH and gang to thank. But, I would never ever take it out on fellow crew from our pre-merger airlines because they had no hand in the SLI.
6 year former XJ FO, I haven't been able to upgrade either.
