No surprise Endeavor Air
#221
What pilot with an ATP and 1500 hrs would want to come to Endeavor? It's a deadend because Delta needs to park the 50 seaters in order for the 717 transition to happen. The DALPA contract clearly caps the 50 seaters at 125. While the actual fleet plan may change in terms of when the planes are parked the end state is still all 50 seaters gone and 81 CR9s only. So what FO wants to come to career stagnation? It isn't the pay. Bases? Compass offers the same and they actually have CAs that will be going to Delta guaranteed via flow and not some SSP crap. I still cannot see any reason(s) why any ATP/1500 hr pilot would come to Endeavor when there are so many better options all of whom are desperate.
Oh and quit sending me PMs blowing me because they go straight into the trash.

Cautious optimist here, but there could be a revised fleet plan by years end...there's lots of chatter about that. Also, Endeavor was at the recent Riddle Career Expo and numbers were circulating of wanting to attract 100-200 new hires beginning Q1 2014. It's all rumor though so we know how that goes.

No I don't, I work for a 2nd tier major but can't let this place go so I come on here to stir things up.

Yeah wow it doesn't take much for you to go over the ledge does it. I did not abuse any policy with what I wrote above.

It gets worse. bonesbrigade reported my APC posts straight to my Chief Pilot in what I assume was an attempt to get me fired. Didn't call/private message me beforehand, didn't go through Pro-Standards. There are all sorts of pilots out there but the backstabbers are the worst.

Not saying its right to do what that guy did but perhaps you should try not to **** off half of your former co workers with the stuff you post. Aviation is a small world, but I am sure you know that.

This message board is a forum, a vent outlet, an entertainment source, a "tabloid" for airline goobers -- at best.
I've seen your posts, and others' who seem to be bothered by them; if someone actually ratted you out to your boss in an attempt to cause you harm with your employer that's just malicious. What would prompt someone to do such a thing?
How do we allow and foster such evil in our ranks? I certainly hope I don't find people like that in my pilot group.

First of all, this is F-ed up. Pro-Stans is a unionist intra-personnel conflict resolution between crews working the flight deck together, nothing else. Reporting APC posts to Mgt? That's low, and pathetic. SHY, don't know you, nor your plight, but to hear this if true, is shocking. Who are the people we call our peers? Our colleagues? Our friends? Backstabbing baby whiners? Who would do such a thing?
