No pay cut intergrating the bonus into payrates, and normal raises there after. Short/Long/ better hotels. Better reserve rules. More defined Career Prgression.
This sums it up nicely from everyone I've talked to. No pay cut for anyone on property. Long call reserve. Career progression.

I'm happy for you, just a quick question though. What's your definition of "Good at what you do?". What do you do differently than other pilots? What makes you special? Because let's be honest a degree means 0. Almost everyone here has a degree. So don't use that lame excuse of getting a degree. In fact I've flown with several people here that have masters degrees... Yet no call. Also another thing I'd like to add, is that I've flown with pilots that don't have a degree. Yet they are amazing at what they do as pilots. Not just good. Getting a position at Delta has nothing to do with getting a degree... It's all about knowing how to play the game, and knowing which boxes to check.

A dime a dozen? That's why the money has tripled in the last 4 years. A dime a dozen 🤔

Bad idea, it gains us nothing but an extension on our current pay and gains the company more time before they do have to pay more.

I'd rather let the bonus expire or at least get close and watch the new hires disappear. Then they'll pay.

Lol

I was thinking about the other day.

How long have we been doing Delta flying.....since 2008?

I've never once seen a Delta pilot do a gate announcement.

So makes you think you are better than anyone at the regionals..?
Can't wait to see how you'll behave once you wear that Delta uniform seeing how humble you are. And it's spelt you're not your.

This is some pretty pretentious stuff. At a bare minimum you can't be empathetic of the people who want to stay here, are too old to go elsewhere in their career, unable to move on for personal reasons, etc etc etc? You can't wish the best for the people in your industry? How does us getting more hurt you? How does us improving our lives diminish yours? Good for you for getting there, money doesn't buy class.

Edit: spelling... That's right people, there's an edit button.

Please explain how this violates their scope clause

I've been on mainline flights that were delayed for hours for weather, mechanical issues, or IT meltdowns. I've never seen a Delta pilot do a gate announcement.
