It doesn't work. If the company wants me to read my emails that badly, they'll provide me a system that actually works. Until then, I'm not reading any.

I felt that the directions for the set-up where a little confusing. After a couple of attempts I was able to get it to work. I’m not seeing the need for the change though. The other one was working fine other than having to change the password every 90 days

Mine doesn’t work either. They made it way to confusing.

I got it first try. Not sure what the problem is for others. Maybe I got lucky

I got it on webmail and company PC webmail, but my outlook app no longer works…anybody figure out how to get the app to work…

You have to delete the old account and set it up again. All you have to do is add a new account [email protected] and then use your endeavor password. It'll ask for you to verify with the secondary verification, then boom you're in

Thanks, that worked…to be specific, I had to remove the exchange account from the outlook app, the “remove from all devices” hung and would not complete but the “remove from this device” worked. You have to do it for each device you have the Outlook app installed on. Then add your account again but this time it takes you to the company logon screens (username, then password), it is best if you already have PingID running because it opens that app too.
