If you add up UAL's hiring targets over the next decade it totals about 15,000 vs. about 5,000 for Delta near as I can tell. That's a lot more people coming in below me if I can get to UAL than is have at DL...

Endeavor Pay Raises
Well Republic’s new TA is released. 90/hr FO, CPT 140-215 with no snap back like AA WO. Also no more 401k match instead goes to DC (with 6-years to vest at 100%). Literally is there any reason for a new hire to come to Endeavor anymore?
