Default Endeavor, Compass, or Skywest? MSP base

I have a very unorthodox question. From these 3 regionals which one offers the fastest upgrade time and base in MSP.

I have a house near MSP airport so the selection of regional is based off that. I will not commute as QOL is very important.

I do NOT care for flow!!! Please if you can avoid talking about flow it would be great. I plan to build time (3000 hours) and move abroad (no not China - no offense to anyone that does)

Pay and bonus are nice but I do not mind if I can upgrade faster for less money.

To summarize I want to live in MSP and upgrade fast. I am open to ideas of other regionals not based in MSP if they have a really big difference in upgrade time that would warrant me to pay rent.

Any suggestions or tips would be highly appreciated.

Thanks all for reading

If you want msp Skywest is your only real option but most guys are not upgrading in MSP, they are going to Detroit for that or ORD. Endeavor is basically impossible to hold or obtain at the moment. 100 percent of classes is going to LGA or JFK. You can hold Detroit after a little while. But all new upgrades are in New York. Compass is also on the senior side in MSP. Alot of guys getting LAX. Also not the best company to be going to at the moment, they are cancelling training classes and a lot of talk floating around they delta isn't happy with them. All this could change though. Last year msp was super junior with Skywest now it's not as much as it was compared to Detroit. Overall your best bet is Skywest .

SKW would be your best bet if MSP is your top priority. Somewhat junior but not as much as it used to be. Might bounce back

If you are wanting a fast MSP upgrade, Endeavor is most certainly NOT the place to go. If you want a fast upgrade and are willing to go to New York, then Endeavor is your place. There is already a long line of guys stuck in New York that want to get back West, you'd be at the end of that line here.

So let's not spread rumors. Compass is fine, and the fact that a mechanic's dad said Delta isn't happy is false and you know it. Compass MSP base is shrinking and is very senior so I would not pick Compass if you want MSP base. The 170s (69 seat airplane) are going to the east coast with Shuttle. Compass didn't want to spread that thin (Compass is essentially a west coast airline) just for 6 planes.

So tell me how you know that rumor is false? And please tell me just how happy Delta is with Compass's performance metrics. You might just be the one spreading rummors. IMHO, Delta has much more dependable options in Skywest or Republic for 170/175 lift.

Alot of Compass' poor performancr is caused by LAX being a mess. Compass performance on the American side is mich better. Delta gate space in LAX is the mostly the cause.

Delta has publicly announced fewer flights out of MSP and ripped a couple RJ gates out....headwinds at MSP for everyone.

Plus a rumored 717 base opening up. Although I think the RJ gates were ripped out of the odd B gates to let 7/900's park in the alley.
