Give me a break. Ask about the flow-back program. AA pilots flowed back here straight to the left seat, New company, new airplane, many of them first time captain.
If you doubt yourself, you shouldn't be behind the controls of any airplane.:roll eyes:
Should've gone to Riddle instead.

Overconfidence is just as bad, if not worse, than underconfidence. Riddle ain’t all it’s cracked up to be considering many other pilots are in the same place as you without it having cost them north of $200k. Regardless of who actually paid for your college, they/you paid for the name not a quality education.

1. The ERAU alum with a college degree or
2. The All ATP pilot with some online Jr college "degree".

To rephrase your question, who has a better chance at getting hired at a major; someone with a bachelor's degree or someone with an associate's degree? Since a 4 year degree is required, ERAU only wins by default.

most moms and dads can’t afford riddle these days. The rich parents out there don’t let kids go to riddle for a small return on investment. It doesn’t matter. This guy obviously never went to riddle. He’s just pushing your buttons and distracting you.

I agree, few times this year jumpseat conversation turns to CA/FO kids in college or about to attend within a yr. Embry Riddle is on the forbidden schools list. The flight program is money down the drain. That's the consensus for a piece of paper that doesn't say: Harvard, Yale, Dartmouth, or Columbia.
