So how does Joe the pilot explain to his wife and kids that he won't be home for Christmas because he wants to pick up a 200% trip they don't need?
What about the guy on his 3rd wife....

I kid. You’re right.

Totally agreed. 200% is crazy, especially since Delta pilots can easily get that with a green slip.

Default AA just Approved Duty rigs

5:15 min day now...just came out today. Unfortunately it doesn't go into effect until August of 2018. Should make all those 30 hour layovers in Lihue, Maui, Honolulu and Kona a bit more tolerable now.

Please elaborate? AA pilots are pay guaranteed except for conflicts in the first 6 days of the month.

AA pay is an average of UA and DL. Trip rig is 3.5:1 which is same as UA and DL. Average calendar day is 5:15 effective 1 Aug is same as UA and DL.

Profit sharing is lower. Guarantee isn’t an issue with PBS.

You shouldn't post when 1) you're clueless about the subject, or 2) when you've been drinking.
