To clarify, it is in fact a pay raise for most. The only pilots who won’t see a bump are those who regularly used our SAP to drop to 65 credit and then pick back up a trip at 125%. For the majority of pilots who use SAP to adjust their schedule to get the days off they want and not necessarily to pick back up for SDO and premium pay it is a small pay bump.
I have refrained from posting on here for quite a while but I have seen quite a bit hyperbole being spread from some PSA pilots. It isn’t much of a pay raise but it’s more than what we had previously.

Junior manned on my day off tomorrow. Who do I have to contact to get another day off? Is there an RF message to send? I was looking through the contract and all I found is this;
the day(s) off with pay will be rescheduled for the pilot by mutual
concurrence between the pilot and the Company, during the
same month when possible, but in no case later than the
following month, or at the pilot's option

By the way, with that same form, you can select the option to be paid in lue of getting a return day.

However, just want to point out, you still get it if you’re already below 11 days off. So if you’re at 10 or 9 days off before being junior manned, still submit the RF 100 RTD. But yeah, if you’re at 12 days off or more before the JM, you don’t get it.

Stupid question.
How do you get JM'd on your day off? Are people answering their phones on their days off, or is the company using another method to do this, i.e., calling people while they are on reserve and obligated to answer?

99.99% of the time it’s JM’d into your day off and/or JP’d into your day off by your plane breaking at the outstation on your last turn.
