A CA at Delta will get $60K and I'll get $600.00...makes perfect sense.

eBay. Search for “low value aviator” and you’re all set.

Ha you are complaining about the difference in bonus between a CA at mainline and FO at a regional. Unbelievable.

Well we can at least say that AA is way below Delta and UA in its profit sharing plan. Let’s face it, DP is making record income and not sharing it with AA pilots.

No, I don’t think that a regional FO should have equal pay as a mainline captain, but the difference between what the other majors share and what AA gets is substantial.

Does any of the other regional airlines get profit sharing checks from their mainline profits? Should we give our bonuses up so AAs is a bit more in line with their peers?

Pretty sure I never made any of those arguments. I was just saying that Delta and UA give way more back to their employees. How you came up with your statement is beyond me
