AA hasn't even noticed we're losing people. I expect they'll do something 6-18 months after we start cancelling flights daily after running out of captains to junior man.

Just ask RW, he sees no problem with current attrition levels.

AA has done a lot of things wrong, but they’re actually in the best spot for regional attrition compared to their competitors.

Long shot as always but I wonder if this makes AA or maybe Envoy a little more so a bit nervous. Think of the social media influence they are losing.

Looks like he is officially 777 IAD. Congrats to him for making the move.

Not in the slightest…UA signed a marketing deal with Swayne. That’s after AA tried to do the same and Swayne came back with a counter offer. Needless to say AA wasn’t going to entertain it and told him to F off

Drama - highly doubt it. To those reading... This backwater of "information" on APC is a total joke. He's moved on, you should too.
Well he was always going to do what was in the best interest for himself. He doesn’t actually care about anyone but himself and his own fame and glory. If he really cared about pilots and industry coworkers he would have joined up in the union and went for a leadership position and used his platform for change. However, he’s in it for the fame and monetary gains. Cute how he went for upgrade and was a captain for a hot minute just for the propaganda and photo shoot knowing full well that he was leaving for UA in a week. |

If the Union was so interested in using his personal business/brand for their gain, why didn't they hire him and compensate him to do so? That's right, He was paying the Union to work on his behalf... he doesn't owe the association anything beyond his dues payment. |
